24-Hour Refund Policy

ShevtoneAudio provides digital software, perpetual plugin licenses, credit packs, and other digital services.

Refund eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of the original purchase.

After 24 hours, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Technical issues

If a technical problem prevents you from using ShevtoneAudio, please contact us as soon as possible. We will first try to resolve the issue and will review any refund request submitted within the 24-hour period.
